[NOWnews今日新聞] 輝達(Nvidia)於當地時間26日,公布最新第四季財報,調整後每股盈餘(EPS)為0.89美元,優於預期的0.84美元,營收成長率達到78%,整個會計年度營收成長114%至1305億美元。有外媒分析稱,雖然中國AI新創公司「深度求索」(DeepSeek)崛起,一度引發外界對科技巨擘是否投入過度資源研發AI的擔憂,但輝達財報證明,它在生產AI 系統晶片方面仍是無人能及。
根據《CNN》報導,最近幾週,矽谷一直在思考,DeepSeek推出AI模型,對美國的AI產業意味著什麼,部分專家聲稱,相較於美國科技巨頭在AI基礎設施上投入過多,而沒有獲得足夠回報,DeepSeek號稱低成本的模式也引發熱議。
然而,儘管DeepSeek的出現確實帶來一些問題,但西方科技大廠投入數百億美元在AI基礎設施的計畫並無改變,預計今年七大科技公司(微軟、亞馬遜、Meta、蘋果、Google母公司Alphabet、輝達、特斯拉)的資本支出就將達到3250億美元,其中大部分用於支持AI發展。
韋德布希證券公司分析師艾夫斯(Dan Ives)指出,目前並沒有看到任何一家AI企業的部署,因為DeepSeek的崛起而放緩或改變,無人希望在關乎輝達下一代晶片的競爭中掉隊。甚至就連更有效率、更廉價AI工具的出現,都是有利於技術的普及,從而為輝達和其他科企帶來福音。

《BBC》也指出,在科技大廠都紛紛表示,將繼續當前的AI投資策略後,投資人原本受到DeepSeek震撼的情緒已有所平復,並引述輝達執行長黃仁勳的說法,他並不擔心需求會突然轉變,未來的軟體將由機器學習(machine learning)創建,而機器學習所需的晶片架構則有別與過去的手動編碼(hand-coding),AI的普及目前還處於早期階段。
